Lookout Charles, there's a bird on your head!

My favorite part of Paris was the Metro signs.

Buckingham Palace

This is what about 150 pissed off British kids clashing with the police look like outside of Buckingham Palace.  They were protesting rising university tuition (even after the increase, it's still far less than in the US).

Some of the people knew what they were protesting, but some didn't.  Seriously.
Despite their knowledge (or lack thereof) of what was going on,
everyone had fun.  Besides, that's what it's all about, right?

Abbey Road...

...that's right.  That Abbey Road.

Abbey Road:  That guy to the right of the light looks like he's going to get hit by the van (don't worry, he didn't).  I had a great time watching he and his buddy fail to get a picture that properly mimicked the album cover.  Seeing drivers with murderous rage in their eyes while trying to get around those fools was also a treat.

Abbey Road:  File it under "Most Annoying Places to Drive"

Abbey Road:  Even though you're crossing the street like they did,
you will never be as cool as John, Paul, George, or Ringo.

Abbey Road:  There are also buildings there!

Ouch.
